Our FSBO Flat Fee MLS Listing is a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) option for experienced sellers who want to be the central point of contact and have full control over the sale of their property. This service is suitable for sellers who are knowledgeable about the forms and contracts required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and are confident in their ability to complete the necessary paperwork and navigate the process on their own. This option is designed to give sellers the flexibility to handle the aspects of the sale themselves, while still taking advantage of the exposure and convenience of being listed on the MLS.
Our service includes a one-time fee of $495 paid at the time of the listing, and we recommend offering a commission to the buyer’s broker at closing.
All of our services are conducted remotely. You will need to provide pictures of the property and if desired, a walk-through video. Additionally, setting up a lockbox for access is your responsibility. You are identified in the private remarks section of the listing as the point of contact for agents. As the point of contact, it is your responsibility to handle communication and contracts with buyers and agents. We will take care of creating the MLS listing and forwarding all indirect leads and inquiries to you.
