A Flat Fee MLS Listing is an arrangement where a home seller contracts with a real estate broker to list their property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a fixed fee rather than paying a traditional percentage-based commission.
The FSBO / Virtual Listing service is a one-time $750 fee paid at the time of the listing. We recommend offering a commission to the buyer’s broker at closing — typically negotiated at the time of contract.
With the FSBO option, you (the seller) are the point of contact. Buyers and their agents will contact you directly with questions, showings, and offers.
Yes. All of our FSBO listing services are conducted remotely. We do not visit your property. You provide the pictures and, if desired, a walk-through video.
Your home will be listed on the MLS, and syndicated to Realtor.com®, Trulia, Zillow, and most other major real estate sites.
