The major transaction Closing Activities are the inspection, negotiation of repairs, appraisal, financing, document preparation and signing. The buyer’s agent and title company schedules appraisers, inspectors, lenders and title company activities. The seller’s job is to make sure tasks are completed on time and most importantly making sure you get paid the net amount you expect. Other documents provided by the seller are the survey, T47 affidavit, and authorization for the title company to get payoff information from your lender.
