How could one real estate agency charge 3% of the selling price to list our home ($18,000) while DFWCityhomes charges less than $2,000? Well here's the difference ...... Tod took care of all of the paperwork and answered all our questions and concerns and was critical in making sure the deal closed. I will NEVER pay 3% again, and neither should you.

About 2 years ago I sold my house with a "full service" realtor. After a bad experience, I didn't want to pay 3% again when it came time to sell my next house.
