Great experience! I highly recommend this site/service. Tod guided us through every step of the sale process. At the beginning, he walked us through what to expect during each stage of the process. He was always responsive to email/phone calls when we needed some clarification, even on weekends, and after hours. He kept us on track with what we needed to do.
