    Tod does it again! After working with him to sell/buy in 2016, I was a little worried that Tod wouldn’t still be offering his flat-fee listing services. But when I called him to ask, he not only advised he could still sell my home for less than $1,200, he answered the phone with a “Hi Cody”.
