DFWCityhomes was absolutely great to work with! My frustration with other realtors in the past has been with them wanting to price the property aggressively. Tod was not like that. He went through the comparables with me and discussed what would be a reasonable range, and then let me make a decision with no pressure to go lower than I wanted. He was also very responsive and knowledgeable. Because of some issues that came up with some repairs that had to be done before closing, I had to contact Tod a lot.
